Thomas Hall is serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 46th District, which encompasses eastern portions of Butler County, including Monroe, Middletown, and also the central portion of New Miami.

A Butler County native, Representative Hall graduated from Madison High School in 2014 and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Small Business Management at Miami University. He was elected to serve as a Madison Township Trustee in 2015 and was re-elected in 2017. At 28, he is the youngest legislator currently serving in the General Assembly. 

Representative Hall previously served as a board member of the Middletown Area YMCA and has held roles with United Way, Action Council, and Butler County Township Association. Hall also serves as a volunteer fireman. 

He resides in Madison Township.
